Then please join USAID for our upcoming Virtual Crisis Operations Hiring Fairs! USAID is currently recruiting for Crisis Operations Specialists and related support roles. These positions enable rapid deployment of aid to over 100 countries for both unanticipated emergencies and prolonged crises situations. Our dedicated teams respond to situations ranging from humanitarian emergencies such as hurricanes and drought, to pandemics, conflict and political transitions. Crisis Operations work is challenging and rewarding as it helps mitigate the impacts of crisis situations around the world.

Please note that the virtual hiring fair on May 25 is only open to eligible applicants with disabilities and veterans who are U.S. citizens. The virtual hiring fair on June 15 is open to all U.S. citizens. To be considered for an interview you must submit your resume in addition to completing the registration form (instructions below). NEXT STEPS

Please follow the instructions below to register. 

 

Step 1: Complete your registration application using the button available to the top right of your browser screen, which says "Register." You will be asked a few short questions. Once complete, you will receive an email to notify you that your registration is being reviewed. 

 

Step 2: You will receive a registration confirmation email within 24 business hours to notify you of your registration status. 

 

Step 3: To be considered for an interview you will need to submit your resume. If you are eligible for a non-competitive hiring authority (e.g. Schedule A for Persons with Disabilities and Veterans Appointing Authorities), click HERE to submit your resume and supporting documents. If you are eligible for competitive hiring (e.g. all U.S. citizens) click HERE to submit your resume. 

 

Step 4: If you meet the qualifications for the role, our team will contact you to schedule an interview with hiring managers during the virtual hiring fair. You will receive instructions on how to join your interview on the date of the hiring fair. Applicants who do not have an interview scheduled during the hiring fair are welcome to attend to receive information on crisis operations job opportunities.
