Institutional Support Contract

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst (BA) to support USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). USAID/OTI is a fast-paced, dynamic organization that supports U.S. foreign policy objectives by helping local partners advance peace and democracy by providing fast, flexible, short-term assistance targeted at key political transition and stabilization needs. OTI maintains a dedicated IT team, which adheres to the practices and principles of the Scrum framework within the broader Agile methodology.

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Acting IT Lead to support our contract with the USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). The Acting IT Lead will manage and oversee IT operations in support of OTI’s mission. This role focuses on ensuring strategic alignment between OTI’s business needs and IT systems while providing leadership and coordination for the IT team. The Acting IT Leader will foster collaboration between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, manage team responsibilities, and advocate for IT priorities across the office.
